MASTA has created this privacy policy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for this website, hereafter referred to as MASTA Online.

MASTA Online may contain links to other sites. MASTA is not responsible for privacy practices or the content of other such Web sites.

Personal information

Customers must register with us to obtain a health brief. The registration process requires customers to give us contact information that includes:

  • Practice Name
  • Practice Address
  • Phone Number
  • Fax Number (if applicable)
  • Email Address
  • Name of Principal Contact Person
  • Name of Practice Manager

We use this information to contact customers with additional, more detailed health information and further details about MASTA. The customer's contact information is also used to contact them when necessary. Customers may opt-out of receiving future mailings by contacting us directly; see the section on opting out below.

Customers may fill out an order form to request information, products, and services. We collect contact and financial information from this form for the purposes to sending orders and information about our company to our customers.

Itinerary details are collected for personal health briefs, and stored so that the customer who has generated the brief can access them again in the future. Health briefs are archived after 6 months, so that the customer will have to contact MASTA Online to obtain such health briefs. Journey, demographic and profile data may be anonymised and used for internal research purposes, but no personal information will ever be passed on to third parties.

Web Site Information

MASTA Online records your last known IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site.

MASTA Online uses cookies to save your username so you don't have to re-enter it each time you visit our site.

Children's Guidelines

Children may visit the public areas of MASTA Online without prior parental consent or parental notification. MASTA will not knowingly directly contact children under the age of 16 years without prior parental consent or parental notification and no personal information will ever be passed to third parties.

Opting out

Customers can contact us if they do not wish to receive future communications, no longer wish to receive our service, or wish to have all their information removed from our database.

Accessing and Updating your Information

Past and present customers have the right to seek access to and update the personal information we hold about them. You can contact us directly with your enquiries. If you make an access request, we will ask you to verify your identity.
